Waukegan Nazarene - Church Board The Waukegan Nazarene general church board is elected by local church members every year in the last month of the church year. Our church year ends April 31st and the new church year begins May 1st. We believe that each year God raises up people he has called to serve the local church as lay leaders. The general church board is comprised of 12 positions plus the Pastor as chair person. Below is a listing of the board positions.
